We have achieved hundreds of six- and seven-figure verdicts and settlements over the years. Thus, we have the experience and the resources to successfully prosecute and finance your case.

We have remained a small firm by design. Your case will not be shuffled off to some associate attorney as so often occurs in large plaintiff firms. Although we have associate attorneys and six support staff members in our firm, your case will be handled by Jim and/or Taylor Traut only. No exceptions.
